"Aspen Dental is a SCAM; don’t waste your money! All I wanted was to get my teeth cleaned and a regular check up. So I get there, I do the X-rays and the scans and I’m in the chair waiting for the hygienist and then they tell me I’m not getting my teeth cleaned today. WHAT? Why wouldn’t you communicate that?! I’ve been to multiple Aspen Dentals around the country and have always been able to get my teeth cleaned. But NOW you have to have an appointment to be “assessed” on what type of teeth cleaning you need first, and then they give you this outrageous cleaning plan. They told me it would take 3 different visits to clean my teeth at $3,000 and I have GOOD, HEALTHY TEETH. Brush twice a day and floss. I should have walked out as soon as they told me I wasn’t getting my teeth cleaned. Wasted an 1.5 hours of my work day. And now I’m going to get charged for those scans. And BTW- they said “this happens a lot” that ppl get upset when they find out they aren’t getting their teeth cleaned LIKE A NORMAL DENTIST APPT."

"The office in Avon took their time to see what I really needed, made me a new pair of bottom dentures, made me feel like part of the team! The Dr and guy that makes the dentures, were superb! "All the personal at Aspen Dental where Professional, Communicate well about the procedures and explain what they're doing in detail, are sweet and Courteous. I loved the Dentist who gave me treatment Options. I want and need Implants after a Termatic and damaging experince. Her good Communication skills helped ease my stress about the upcoming procedures. The officer Finance specialist is good at explaining how she's going to work with my insurance. I am please with how clean their Exam rooms and offices and love that they have up to date Equipment. I would Recommend the staff."
