"Omg they were fantastic had 2 ingrown toe nails removed. Will definitely be going back."

"I was yelled at and humiliated in front of three other clients plus my mom and aunt. All because he clearly didn’t do the nail we requested. We asked for #30 and he even walked over with us to that sign and looked and agreed to the color we wanted. Throughout the process I did ask him why he was doing a black coat since it was hard for me to understand how he was going to achieve the color we wanted. He said he had all these years of experience and to just wait and so I did. At the end I told him this is not what we asked for and I even asked you why you were doing a black coat and referenced what we wanted again. He immediately got up from his chair and started yelling and said he did what I wanted but as you can see in the photos not only did he get the final look wrong but cut her skin and did poor work as you can see the black polish around her nail and on finger. It was a horrible experience for my aunt and feel bad this is what she encountered. I had been here a few times prior and no issues but never coming back. Please don’t go here. Other employee didn’t do anything to help us. This was the older man who was working on Sunday 2/11/24 from 1 until closing time. Gave him his money too."

"I’m in disbelief! I had been going to this salon for at least 2 years, and I was treated very poorly today! Yesterday, I got a pedi yesterday and the paint job was horrible. It was chunky and most of my toes were half painted. I noticed as they were drying how bad it was but I didn’t have time for them to redo it. I pointed it out to the owner and asked if I could come back today to have it fixed. Him and his wife kept insisting she would redo it but I simply said I couldn’t because I had somewhere to be. They finally agreed that I could come back today. However, I could tell he wasn’t happy. As soon as I walk in today, he says, “pick a color” (very rudely). I chose the same color I got yesterday. When I sat down I was trying to fix my chair up so I could reach and he goes “No, no, don’t turn it on” (as if I was going to turn it on for a massage). I explained to him I was just trying to reach. He fixes it and turns it off. Then, he starts to paint over the old paint job, and I simply asked if he wasn’t going to take it off. He says, “No, I paint over.” I tell him I would like it taken off and repainted because it’s not going to look good. He looks at me very upset and says “Ok, I take it off but you don’t come back again.” I said, “Wow, ok don’t worry about it” and start getting up. As I’m getting getting up, he says, “no no sit down I fix.” I said, “no, thank you” and walked out. I’m so shocked. In the 2 years I’ve gone there, there have been a few times he got snippy with me when I would ask him to change or fix something, but today was unbelievable. I was never once rude to them/him and was treated very poorly. I just wanted the service I paid for. I’m not one to post about businesses, but I want to save others their TIME AND MONEY!!!"

"So, I was new to logan sport because I was just visiting. I looked up nail salons and this was the first one that came up and it was close. I went in wanting to get my acrylics off and then SNS with tips. This man had absolutely no idea what the heck I was talking about. So, then i changed it to just to help polish. I was worried at this point and he kept saying that he’d do a good job, but he didn’t. He didn’t even soak my nails off like you’re supposed to. he just ripped them off. I left with my nails bleeding. After that I was so done that I just said I didn’t want any further service. So, I checked out and didn’t leave a tip because the service was bad. He gave me an awful look and then he kept looking at me through the window until I pulled out. DONT GO HERE!!!!"

"I went to this business because I had ripped one nail off while exiting the airport.. he told me to go some place else… he didn’t want my business because it was only one nail.. little did he know that I will be here for minimal 5 years for my business. I do not recommend this business owner.. poor poor service .. if it’s on nail,,. Guess we are not important .. go somewhere else.. exact words.. not one other customer in the building.. bad man.. bad business.. if I could give it a negative 5.. I would.. I will give my business to someone who deserves it:. Not a business with no customers.. yet still will not fix a nail.. disgusting .. minus 5"
