"I had what was recommended to me which was a foliage highlights. I also received a smudge root. Jenny I believe is her name so did my hair. Very sweet girl. I did tell her I used bleach last night and I had about 5 foils in with a 30 developer. So she began doing the foils. At some point she washed it out then applied the smudge root while I laid in the sink. She let it process then came back and washed it out. Another lady who works there was whispering and touching my hair. Started blow drying and she reapplied the smudge root because it didn’t take in my hair. I did notice a lot of breakage from the bleach. So she rinsed that new smudge root out and I didn’t have time for her to blow dry it again so I left with it wet. The next morning I washed my hair and noticed my hair was like rubber bands. I went to 2 different salons to try and get what I could cut off. The last place I went to was rock papers scissors in mentone. She said I have a chemical haircut and that I should reach out back to the salon who did that and get my money back. Well I did on fb messenger and the salon read it but, never replied. I just wanted them to make it right when my hair healed up. Like a haircut or something. I did end up going to jthree in Warsaw and spending $45 on a haircut. I invested a lot of money into getting my hair fixed and this salon took zero responsibility. Not even to apologize. I don’t really recommend the salon. I do always recommends jthree in Warsaw and Cast hair salon on Plymouth. Those are my tried and true."
