"The lady that did my nails was super nice and friendly, but I got dip w/ chrome on top of my nails and immediately when I went to pay the chrome was messed up - which she did fix on a couple nails. The next day and the chrome is already peeling off of the dip powder which is super unfortunate because I was charged extra for chrome and it wasn’t even done right and has already fallen off. Don’t think I will be coming back after paying as much as I did and my nails not even lasting 1 day :("

"I want to like this place. I go here a lot and they do a great job with the actual manicure. BUT their samples for gel/dip colors are COMPLETELY off. I understand it not looking identical but on two separate occasions I have chosen a color sample and when they put it on my nails, it is completely different. They clearly need to redo their display samples because they are not accurate at all. The first sample was supposed to be slate blue/gray, but ended up being a crazy bright turquoise. A different time I chose 02 from the other picture of samples. It was called “dynamic emerald” and a little greener in person, and that ended up a light gray/blue??? Completely different. You would think the first picture (of the sample) goes with the fourth picture (of my nails) but nope! Two different occasions."
