Called and scheduled another client in front of my while I was sitting there an hour after the appointment that I made. Had they done a decent job it would have almost been simply a bad experience. I am not going back. Let them make snide remarks with someone else."

"Be careful of unexpected charges. The service I had done included a style. I was asked if I wanted a style after, I said, "Yes" (I mean their website said it was included). I was charged an additional $23. I was so caught off guard I didn't say anything... I have debated leaving this review since. I'm leaving 2 stars because they did a great with my hair... Just just be cautious of the unknow, unfair upcharge."
