"I reeeeallly reeeealllyyyy wanted to love this place!! I am looking for somewhere regular to get my pedicures since I will regularly be in Indiana and not able to go to my favorite spot in Chicago. … I chose this place after looking online and looking over the menu and it looks like they had some amazing options for pedicures! I chose one of the most expensive pedicures because I really wanted them to work hard on my feet as far as getting them to feel soft and smooth, and I enjoy a thorough, relaxing massage! … well unfortunately…….. it really feels like I paid for the cheapest pedicure and even so that wouldn’t have been worth it. My feet are STILL rough…. And I KNOW a better job could be done because I’m used to getting better pedicures… My feet usually feel significantly AMAZING after my pedicure!! …… i honestly feel like they just rushed through mine and my partners pedicure. I am BEYOND disappointed In my service…. I wish they cared more to keep the clients returning! … I gave two stars just because everyone working was really nice! Just the actual pedicure itself, they didn’t do a good job. Update: I went back to give them a second chance and they said they did the best they can…. Which is honestly HORRIBLE….i have had places do a SIGNIFICANTLY better job"

"I have never been so disappointed… I asked for square shape and my nails ended up being all different shapes… flared out at the top, bumpy all over, my pinky nails crooked, and the paint job was horrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone…"

"WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! This was my first experience at this salon during my pedicure the guy doing it bruised my legs during the massage. During the dip powder on my nails the lady rush they were super thick uneven and overall sloppy. They didn’t even cover my whole nails with the dip and they were patchy. I asked them to take off the dip and just put on gel onto my natural nails. They ended up filing down the dip and putting gel on top of the dip powder. I was then charged for a dip manicure polish removal gel polish manicure along with my pedicure that I left with bruises on my body. Overall disappointed and infuriated. Will not return. Not worth the $270."
