"If I could give zero ratings, I would. I've had great experiences until yesterday. I never had a nail tech pick the color they wanted for me and then tell me that the color I picked can't go on toes because it’s a powder. The Full Story: I walked in and greeted everyone and asked for a quick color change on toes and a fill in and a gentleman greeted me at the door. I pointed to him the color I wanted because I was looking for something extremely specific and he said yes, we can give you to two-tone color that has pink and green in it. He takes me to the pedicure area to start, and then a lady comes and continues. She asked me why not pedicure today and I said, I don't have much time. I receive bad news while having service that leaves me in tears but I'm gathering myself while texting updates to loved ones on my phone...so I'm not as attentive as I would be to look at every detail throughout the process. She finishes and I look at my toes and my first thought is this is not the color I wanted. I walk to the front to double-check the color again and it's not what I wanted. I let her know that I wanted this (points to it) and she gave me something totally different. She says that color can't go on toes it is a powder. I say, I've had powder before like chrome and never had a problem. I then, said...well, this is what I wanted and what I shared with the gentleman when I walked in and he never told me this was not an option. She says, he doesn't do toes and doesn't know. I give the benefit of the doubt...and ask well, can it go on my nails. She says, yes but only on a full set. I said, what? he didn't say that. It didn't make any sense and I said, I can't take this and walk out to get some air. I had reached my max and needed to gather myself as I had just received horrible news about a loved one in the hospital and these people were now playing in my face telling me the color, I picked couldn't work...if that was the case, I would never have started the process and went elsewhere. I come back in, and I ask for the manager. She says she's the manager. I'm like of course you are. I asked, what are we going to do about this situation because I didn't pick this color. She says you said it was pretty. I told her I didn't even speak to you as I was on my phone reading bad news, and the only conversation we had was when you asked me about not getting a pedicure today. I also told her at no point as the business manager did she take accountability nor apologize that I was never told the color I picked out couldn't be on my toes. She said we could remove the color as an option. I said, ok...and walked to the pedicure area. They just left me there and didn't start on me and I'm like I don't have time for this I need to get to the hospital. She then comes back and says, I can do it now. I say no, I need to leave. She says you need to pay. I'm like coo, ring me up. She tells the gentleman how much, in their native language. I said a color change is $45. He explains it and shows me the price book. I then share I can't believe I had this experience here, I was just here last month and paid good money. Here I am...paying for a color that I did not pick, but I rather pay than be on CrimeStoppers. The worst experience ever, customer service was horrendous."

"This establishment refused a color change. A very simple request. They said I would need to remove my nails altogether????? And get a new full set???? It makes absolutely no sense! They still charged me $45 and I didn’t let them complete the service. Bad business. I’m never going back. Looking at the other reviews, the owner never takes accountability and argues with the customers in public forms. Again, immature and just bad business."

"Unfortunately our overall experience was not positive. Husband was charged more for callus removal even though the quoted pedicure price was to include polish which he didn't get. Both nail techs we had did not make any conversation with us. It was $99 for 2 pedicures without tip. I always tip service people because I know they don't make much. But I won't be coming back. Gel polishing bubbling and chipped. Dryness and roughness back the next day. Not worth it"
