"So Scott was arrested a few years ago for possession of stolen property, possession of Meth, possession of Marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and maintaining a common nuisance. Now all he'll do is keep your car until he has parts, drive 40 in a 20, waste your gas while he's not working on the car because he's waiting for parts, and MAYBE call you back once in a blue moon, I usually have to call back-to-back-to-back, often times getting sent to voicemail within 3 rings.
