"The past two appointments that I've had scheduled 6 months or more in advance have been rescheduled by them. The first was a staff shortage then the next was someone being sick. If they had the staff to cover patients this wouldn't be a problem. My last appointment was scheduled before a few I moved and they couldn't fit me in within the next month.... Once you get an appointment it's great but not worth the hassle of having to reschedule over and over."

It was one of the BEST experience I have had with a dentist. I was greeted with Cassey, who did X-rays and fillings for me, and she was just the sweetest. I get nervous at dentist offices, however, Cassey calmed my nerves. Dr. Hoye was so professional, and I feel awesome after the treatment. She knows exactly what she is doing. I feel safe at Jackson Creek Dental because they inform me constantly about what stage of the treatment we are at. The office is efficient, and the staff are wonderful.
