"Tried to rip me off. Telling me I need the keys so they can tow it. And if I didn’t have my keys it’s an extra fee. I know that’s not the case when towing companies tow cars that are parked in no parking lanes. I’m sure those people don’t willingly give their keys to the tow companies. What a joke!"
"Extremely helpful! It is a longtime family owned business and it shows. Very helpful and reasonable pricing"
"A LaPorte City police officer had my car towed for supposed no insurance and this guy instantly jacked the prices up 500% and became a jerk to back them up. Made the cost so outrages so one couldn't get his car back."
"This Guy is horrible! My truck was stolen when I was moving and crashed by drunk driver. He towed it and I sign title to him. Paul's told him they will scrap for $450. He said I had to pay him $300 to get my stuff out of truck and My truck haven't been there longer than 12 hours. After signing title he will only let me grab a bag of my cloths. He kept anything of value and scrapped truck and wouldn't tell me where. My son's birth certificate and social security card was in that truck. Cops tried talking to him and told me to sue that jerk. The city needs to stop allowing this guy to impound. Police know this guy is rude and terrible. Bill was $300, Paul's auto gave him $450, I agreed to nothing because I had nothing to agree to. He made demands and i either sign title and get a bag of my cloths or get nothing...that is not an agreement...smh. Truck was just purchased used and title wasn't even in my name yet...i was buyer of truck which he knew of. It wasn't being driven and that is why it had no insurance yet, I was not insuraning it until I was ready to move into new place but never thought some one would steal a truck filled with stuff to driverseat, it was literally almost impossible to drive...remember I was victim and this guy took full advantage of the victim...my Truck was stolen and wreaked. Materials come and go tho...but what was very wrong is this guy would not tell me where he scrapped it so I could recover my son's birth certificate and ss card. Police tried to even recover it but they said this guy is horrible and can't be reasoned with. I just wanted my son's personal info. I hope someone from city reads this and follow up with police about this guy. I'm sure I'm not only one because bad characteristics come in patterns. If not yet done... PLEASE STOP ALLOWING THIS GUY TO IMPOUND FOR CITY!"
