"Had a tire blow on State Road 23. The gentleman gave an estimated time he could get to me, but also provided a recommendation of another company in case they could get to me quicker. It was apparently a busy night, so he was the first available, and he was prompt, friendly, and easy on my car. Recommended tire shops and junkyards to get a cheap, matching spare (my car didn't have one). I'd call Wagner's again if I ran into car trouble in the area."

"The price was fair and they started driving to come get me (and my car) just as soon as I called. I believe his name was Derek or Doug (had a hard time hearing over his truck engine). Derek was incredibly nice and helpful. Took a look at my car, giving his advice on how to help me fix it on my own and how to handle it if the basic fixes don't work. This company has treated my parent's good as well when they called earlier in the year after an accident. He's definitely made a loyal customer out of me and my family. I'll make sure to recommend Wagner's if the chance arises."
