"If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Arleen is a true master of her craft. I have had a perfect experience from my initial appointment through my touch up over a year later. Making an appointment was very simple and she sent me information about what to expect. Then when I met with her, she explained the entire process and told me in great detail what to expect after the session. She took her time to draw out my brows and tweak them to my liking. Her attention to detail is AMAZING - I cannot stress that enough! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the session.
