"I'm here frequently, considering I live relatively close by. So the convenience of 24/7 is awesome. Just wish there was a game room or at least a claw game or two! As far as truck repair, I can't help but I'm constantly seeing people getting a snack, a shower & some rest. Definitely quieter than the Loves for that. Very, very Well lit parking in the rear. Never have any problems here."
"There is no technician. They have only one young guy who doesn't have any experience. He knows only how to burn out his hand with headlight lamp. Also they don't have any parts. They say if we get parts yet there is nobody who is able to fix it. Unprofessional staff. Without fixing the problem they charge you money. They don't know even what is the problem, the worst customer service that ever I have seen."
"I went on 1/25/22 11:40pm Just asked to get the fuel filter changed ,shop was empty... except of 3 employees SMOKING inside. Their answer:" you know ...mmmmm... we are about to change the shift and IF the night guy will show up will be at least 45 minutes or tomorrow at 8am"."
