"I went here for a tooth extraction and Dr Brian Wagner pulled the tooth. I was not completely numb and felt the whole procedure. He also scraped the roof of my mouth with his tools. The roof of my mouth has numerous cuts on it due to this. After getting home in all the pain I was in I took a nap. When I got up, there were blood clots coming out of my mouth. I started vomiting after this and went to the emergency room. They told me it was dry socket. I called Dr Wagners office the next day to let them know the situation and was told there's nothing they could do and it did not dry socket. I was suppose to go in to get it packed but then they called back and said Dr Wagner said nevermind due it or being a routine extraction. I am going to sue then for pain and suffering, refusing medical help, and much more. I will never recommend them to anyone I know."

"They DO NOT care for their patients. They will rip your tooth out before you are numb and leave you crying on the operating table. The next day when you call to let them know you had a sleepless night and the pain is unbearable they will shrug you off and tell you to get some tylenol. I asked for some medicated mouthwash at least. My request was denied because they don't care about you or your pain level only their money. Horrible Dentist!!!!"
