"Been going there for years without an issue; I get stuck in surgery and can’t come to my teeth cleaning appointment and they charge me a no call/no show fee. I called as soon as I scrubbed out to appoligize and they said nothing about a fee. I received a fee in the mail for $150. Needless to say after 36 years of going to this office, I have to part with them because of this ridiculousness. Also I had a lot of anxiety around the fact that I had to pay the entire fee up front even though I have insurance; and for my son and I - it’s like $300. I didn’t always have, so I would have to worry about having that money 6 months after I had made the appointment. Another bad thing I didn’t like about this office."
