"I've been taking my boots to Allen to repair for almost 30yrs. I'm a country line dancer and am hard on my boots. I've been known to dance the heels clear off, rip the threads out and wear holes in the soles from toe spins and Allen repairs them every time. Even if they are made in China and he would prefer not to, he will fix them. And if he says he can't, then they must be beyond repair. He's blunt but honest, fair and to the point. He does good work. I've never taken anything but my dance boots to him to repair but I see his work with belts, wallets, hats, shoes and other leather items. I would highly recommend him for any of your leather repair needs."
