"Bought a NEW 2024 Ram 2500 on Jan18. On Jan29, with 196 miles/10 engine hours it had to be towed back to the dealership. The car next to me, and myself, heard squealing, grinding, and popping. On Jan 30 I was told the GM wanted to speak to me, but was in a meeting. On Jan31 I never received a call. Feb1 I never received a call, so I called. Operator sent me to GM, but got voicemail. Operator then sent me to Sales Manager, but got voicemail. After an hour another Sales manger called. Long story short told me they would not be taking the truck back and that I had to wait until another issue happened until it was a lemon. Terrible management, and terrible vehicle. WOULD NOT recommend doing business with. What brand new vehicle has to be towed that soon? Hopefully not yours. Meanwhile my 96’ F350 Powerstroke with over 300k miles has been towing the line flawlessly for my family."
