"This place is horrible they have a huge dog that randomly walks the entire shop inside and out not considering their guest fears. They take phone calls over a guest standing in the shop while you wait 10 min for the confused women at the front desk to finish their call and then take an additional 15 min to log you into a computer.finally took my car for a test drive four times before I had to point out the obvious sound that isn’t normal, to the mechanic.I waited three hours and I had to call them to even find out what was wrong with my vehicle. Meanwhile I was rescheduled for another week for a mechanic to take vacation after waiting two weeks prior to for another mechanic to come back from a vacation and only to still not get my vehicle repaired. So I rescheduled a week later only to receive a call later that day asking when did I want to come back because my warranty was approved. So I was never rescheduled lol. The front desk is a joke I don’t even know how the repairs are, I couldn’t get past the front desk."
