"I've always had a positive experience with Dr. Geiger at All Smiles. She has always been exceptionally patient and polite with me and I think she bills pretty reasonably given the modernity of her office and the overall level of service. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist in the Crawfordsville area."
"So I love the dentist and up until now I've had no issues with this office. I wouldn't say it was bad but they were never great either. My dentist could never even make up her own mind about whether my wisdom teeth were a nuisance or perfectly fine which was a tad annoying. But the biggest problem isn't the care provided but the office system. I've missed ONE appointment at this location. Today I called to check and see why I hadn't received a reminder call for my appointment tomorrow. It had been a little over 6 months and I was certain I wrote down the correct date. She tells me it isn't the 14th but it was actually the 4th. She tells me she did personally call and leave a message reminder for that appointment. Okay, number 1 I'm pretty sure I wrote it down correctly but I could've made a mistake. I'm human. But number 2 - why didn't I receive the call? Why doesn't my phone register a missed call from them? Why is there no message? She then checks with her office manager to see if we can 'reschedule' and I'm told no for missing three appointments. I only missed ONE (and it was my fault, mind you; I take responsibility) What is the second appointment I missed? They don't know. The third? The one that was supposedly on the 4th and not 14th of which I was given no reminder (you know, in case of simple human error.) I was pretty pissed at this only to discover that my mom had a letter from them that was sent to the wrong address. She had it for a few days and remembered to give it to me after telling her about what happened. They're trying to charge me 35 dollars for not showing up to the appointment. Are you kidding me? I get that no-shows are detrimental and waste precious calendar space but this could've easily been avoided with a phone call I supposedly did receive. I also show that the date I logged the appointment into my phone before transferring it to my calendar was back in March - the month of my last appointment. Most likely I created it so I wouldn't forget. So what, did I really make an error right after she told me the date or did they change it without my knowledge? I'll never know, but I do know three things: 1) it's pretty sketchy, 2) after this, I wouldn't go back if they welcomed me back, and 3) I am not paying that missed appointment bill. It's bs. A year ago if you had asked me if I'd recommend All Smiles I would've said yeah. The staff is nice and the dentists do good work. Now? Hell no. The office administration is obviously unprofessional and the level of dentistry isn't superior enough to have to contend with what I just went through. 1/5"
