"Don't waste your time if your teeth aren't perfect. They took xrays, even tho they knew from former records of the dental issues I have that they wouldnt do anything but send me on my way with a referral to a different dentist...but they had to make sure to get xrays to charge insurance company, which is covered..so why do I have a bill? Huge red flag...someone may need to look into that....they sure as hell don't care about people just the money."
"If I could give them zero stars I would. This is probably the most unprofessional and poorly managed business I have ever encountered. After seeing them for several regular cleanings they convinced me to get Invisalign. They messed up the insurance filing and I ended up having to make numerous phone calls to them and the insurance carrier to get this resolved. Then half way through my Invisalign treatment they called me 1.5 hours before their office closed regarding my 8am appointment the next day to let me know that their new dentist was no longer certified for Invisalign and they would have to transfer me. I called multiple times the next day and no one could tell me where I was getting transferred to, what was happening with my dental care and what was happening with my billing. I am still in the process of getting this resolved and just living in Invisalign trays that were supposed to be changed days ago. The general unprofessionalism and lack of assistance and concern by the entire staff is unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone and I will never be returning."
