"B. K. Stenftenagel was very unprofessional and demeaning to my daughter during her last visit to remove her upper and lower expanders. We decided to forgo any further treatment for braces and B. K. Stenftenagel and her staff definitely made it clear that they were upset about losing a client $$$$ and desperately tried forcing me and my daughter to continue with getting braces even if they were to remove the expanders which we were told was a critical part of her dental plan. I was not able to obtain an itemized receipt or explanation for any charges in her office. I will say one positive thing... B. K. Stenftenagel did call me back and i was able to defend my daughter for B. K. Stenftenagal's desperate behavior, most likely due to losing a client $$$$$$. You and your staff should most definitely be ashamed of yourselves. FYI, i did call my insurance company since i was told by your staff that nothing was paid as of yet from my insurance. CIGNA verified that you did receive a direct deposit payment? Hmmmmm... They are also aware that my daughter is no longer a patient at your office."

"I just had my infant sons tongue and lip tie released by Dr. Annie and I can’t say enough good things about her. It’s so good to have a doc who is trail blazing and staying up on the latest information. She didn’t cut ties just to cut them but evaluated my son as a whole and together we made the best decision for him. Understanding the body works as a whole and isn’t separate malfunctioning pieces is why I ultimately trusted her with my sons revision. We will be back in a few years when my kids are of age to start orthodontic work! Also the staff that I interacted with was so pleasant to be around and really was the icing on the cake."

"Horrible place. No organization no communication. Orthodontist made us an appointment for my son a year ago telling us to come had to come get a wisdom teeth check up. Took 2 days off work cause the cancelled the first appointment after waiting a year then tells us he doesn’t know why we had the appointment. This is the person working on your kids teeth."
