"If the airline cancelled the flight The Reindeer shuttle does not reimburse. Now they are refusing to make a change because it is not my son but the parent who is asking for a change. The original reservation was done for me. They can easily accommodate? The change in policy was never communicated. The rescheduling has to be done through buying a gift certificate then emailing it. This how the business was done prior to the internet."
