"Horrendous Experience at Goulds Auto Body Shop I am compelled to share my utterly horrendous experience with Goulds Auto Body Shop, as it has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. Not only did they fail to address the storm damage on my truck, but they also returned it to me in a significantly worse condition. When I initially entrusted my truck to Goulds Auto Body Shop, I had hoped for a professional and competent repair service. However, my hopes were shattered when I discovered that they had not fixed the dents caused by the storm damage, despite their explicit assurance that they would. It was disheartening to see that the very reason I sought their services had been completely disregarded. To make matters worse, the condition in which my truck was returned to me was appalling. Not only did they fail to fix the existing dents, but they also managed to add new scratches to the paint leaving black markings all over and stripped the finish, leaving my vehicle in a deplorable state. The lack of attention to detail and care during the repair process was evident, and it is clear that Goulds Auto Body Shop lacks the necessary expertise and professionalism. What further my disappointment with them after all the good words I've heard was the verbal attack I endured when I approached Goulds Auto Body Shop to address the non-fixed damage. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and taking responsibility, their staff responded with hostility and aggression. Their unprofessional behavior and refusal to rectify the situation only added to the horribleexperience. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using Goulds Auto Body Shop for any auto body repairs. Their inability to fulfill their promises, the addition of further damage to my vehicle, and their disrespectful treatment of customers are clear indicators of their lack of professionalism and competence. In conclusion, my experience with Goulds Auto Body Shop was nothing short of a nightmare. Their failure to address the initial storm damage, the addition of new scratches, the stripping of the finish, and the verbal attack when addressing the non-fixed damage have left me deeply dissatisfied and regretful for choosing their services."
