"I made an appointment 2 months ago with Dr. Nicholas Cane. Already a long time to WAIT. I received a text saying my upcoming appointment was automatically canceled due to none confirmation. I call and the receptionist "Jamie" that's the name the hygienist Kathline (the second rude person I spoke too)said the first person I spoke too name was. BOTH insinuated I got the other messages to confirm the appointment in their tone of voice..Which upset me. What happened to calling patients? What do you do for elderly patients?? Disabled patients? They also refused to let me speak to the manager. I also asked them to have Dr. Cain call me back( I doubt they give him the message). It's unprofessional to cancel a patients appointment through a system before their appointment has arrived. Only to give it to another person after you have been waiting too. If a computer is doing all of the work. Why have rude workers there? They were nice nasty for no reason. The next appointment was another month out. At this point I don't trust the office staff. To speak to patients the way they did & didn't offer any apologies or accommodations is enough for me. Whomever I can report my experience with, I will."
"My 5 years as a dental client of Dr. Cain and staff have been great. I've received my preventative care of cleanings and exams and restorative care (crowns). All experiences have been first rate. I highly recommend this dentist and his entire team!"
