When I said no he tried to tow my truck to their shop and I tried to stop from him but threatened me with his gun. Police came and I was told to pay the tow fees. I’m trying to sue the company D-1 and that towing driver who threatened me his gun. They have guns please take care. Please never call D-1 towing truck especially if you’re truck driver. "They are pricey but it was a Sunday. The lady that answered was very polite and understanding of all my questions. The driver was super nice and apologetic for our wait. The only downfall was that I was quoted 30 minutes and we waited 2 hours. After 1 hour I called and was told he had to stop one mile marker up due to an accident(that's fine but I feel we should've received a call with that update. Then after another 30 min we got a call stating he was at the gas station nearby and could see us and would be there shortly. 30 more minutes and he finally arrived. He took it to where I had asked and seems to have followed instructions well. Maybe better communication on their end with delays but otherwise we were happy."
