"The BEST car buying experience I've had. Their process is simple. I reviewed the cars available online and completed the application process on a Sunday night. I received a call back on Monday, answered a few additional questions and was asked to come to the dealership. Ed (Salesman) and Tosha (Manager) are kind and patient with a great sense of humor and were all out AMAZING to work with. Ed worked with my trade in (an 11 year old Chevy that had seen better days) and cash. He didn't try to get me to "come up" with more or suggest I use a co-signor to get a better rate. I didn't feel like I was being shook down. From start to finish, it took about 3 hours (financing, test drive, signing paperwork and waiting for him to wrap up with a previous customer). "I just went up there today to try and see about getting a car in the process was fast and efficient Tasha who I was speaking to and dealing with over the phone and who I preferred to deal with was awesome and amazing and has great customer service skills however, whoever she directed me to who has the cubicle nearest the restroom That guy is blunt, cold, and dismissive The down payment isn’t a lot, which I was going to come back up there with the down payment it’s just the way he handled the situation and then when I asked a question pertaining to my credit being ran so many times after there was a promise that it would not be, which I understand when you’re trying to get with an acceptable bank to start a financial deal.
