"We drove in from South Carolina for a funeral and we decided to check in afterwards just to walk in and be greeted by the rudest front desk clerk ever! The name was given was “Joseph” . He was rude and he was getting smart and sassy with my mom from the time she started speaking to him. I asked him for a name and a number I could call because I didn’t like how rude he was with her and his tone was extremely defensive! That made him even more upset! He cussed, yelled and laughed which I have all on camera! We refused to stay here and be treated this way!"

"Stayed here last weekend while visiting with a friend. The room was fairly clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly, but the front desk employees were not friendly at all. The guy seemed almost annoyed that we were checking in. This is an overpriced Super 8 motel. I'm disappointed this is actually a Choice hotel."

"Front desk did not even acknowledge us when she finally came to the desk. Had a could care less attitude about serving us and the ONE elevator was poorly located."

"Check in was great. Friendly gal at the desk. Room a little bit small but really not too bad. One of the quietest hotels I've stayed at. Bed could have been a little more comfortable in my opinion but it wasn't too bad. Room was very clean. One thing I didn't like was I didn't have hot water for my shower. I turned it as hot as I could and it changed from Lukewarm to warm. Definitely not hot. Usually I always get hot water at hotels. Not a bad location. Hotel is a little difficult to see at night if you're coming from the East."

"My husband and I were in town for our daughter's wedding and we booked this hotel online. It was clean and we rested well .. Our only complaint was the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful... We entered the hotel, said hello to her with no response. I told her my name and that I had a reservation. She seemed as if I was bothering her. She had nothing pleasant to say and flung our room keys at us. We proceeded to say thank you and walk on. This lady seriously needs to work on her people skills. If you don't mind rudeness then this hotel was acceptable."
