"This was my first visit. I came in on a whim - the service was cool. My manicure is pretty good except for the one thumb nail that's crooked. Also, acrylic residue was left all over my cuticles - I washed my hands at the shop but it didn't help. My sister gave a tip to clean my cuticles with alcohol. This is something the tech should have done tbh. EDIT: I will NOT be returning to Happy Nails. It's been months and my nails are still recovering from the nail techs lack of care/failure to properly clean my cuticles/push them back. My nail-bed sank in at my cuticles. SMH."

"Don’t go there! This one short guy with a Mohawk hair cut is the worst. He did my feet so quick and was so unprofessional it was sad. I’ve been 2 times before and it was decent, but this time, nope. He was talking to someone else and not even paying attention to my pedicure and jabbed me with one of those instruments. He gave me one coat of polish and normally they do 2 coats. I told him I need another coat and he reluctantly did. I wish I had saw these reviews before going again, but I know now. Go at your own risk!"

"They discriminate. They do an excellent job. They earned that in this review. The price list they have is not always used when charging a customer. They charge their customers different prices depending on who you are. I had a set of acrylic on my hands and a no-chip on my feet. It cost me $108.00. They even told me that it would cost me more if I wanted a no-chip acrylic set. There is no such thing as a no-chip acrylic set for hands or feet. Their biz practices bring bad karma on them. It's sad."

"I have been to Happy Nails more than a few times for numerous services including eyebrow arching, pedicures,manicures, and no chip as well as a full set of acrylics. They are wonderful at redeeming themselves after the fact but that shouldn’t happen. I’ll let you be the judge of the work that they have given me so far. The Black and gold set was no chip on my nails which began to warp after less than 24hrs. I was told to come back and that’s when they redid my set with the light pink and glitter, As well as my daughters nails. The set with the pink and green, all of the finger nails shapes were different none of them were the same not even the shaping. I asked for almond they are clearly pointed. I was in the shop from roughly 10:30a-2:55p.I was livid no one saw the mistakes until I brought it up I was crying because I was so angry. As I previously stated someone else in the shop did fix my nails but that was after the fact. The only reason I am giving them two stars and not one is because they fixed the problem. I’ve been told to only go to Nancy and that’s who I will be seeing going forward if I return. UPDATE 9/11/2021- This set has held up strong for 3 weeks. The color has started to fade on all the tips. Going in for a fill in today."
