"Was on my way home from my job and my tire ended up having a flat. My car was out all night with little help from other companies right next to me from where I had to come to a stop. We called A2B towing & recovery the next day because we could not get the rim off of my car and we were thinking about having to get it towed. They were able to send someone out to try and see if they could help, thankfully they were able to get it off and they got to me in 30 mins from calling. I will bring my business here. This was my first experience with a flat and with no idea on why my wheel wasn’t coming off. Thank you!!"

"After spending Thanksgiving with family in Ohio- we had to drive from Ohio back to Minnesota on Sunday. Our truck stopped running and we had to pull over on the side of 65N heading towards Chicago. What a nightmare but even more of a nightmare - our car insurance was unable to find a tow company that they were in network with and so we had to find a company via Google. So after waiting in the car for about 2 hours I decided to search tow companies nearby (Indiana) and came across A2B towing and recovery. I spoke to a gentleman called Adam. Adam was amazing. He showed up in about an hour or a bit less. Helped us get out of the busy freeway and gave us a ride to the hotel since all dealerships were closed. Next day comes- we need to take the non running truck to a dealership so we decide to call our insurance company again and they went ahead and sent us a tow. After waiting almost 3 hours…the driver called us from 1st response towing and recovery to verify the address. We confirmed and he told us he’d be at our location in 15 minutes. Suddenly about 1 minute later - we receive a message saying the service was cancelled. Mind you we’ve already been waiting for 3 hours. We were so frustrated because we’re on a time crunch. We couldn’t believe the driver would cancel on us! We don’t want the dealership to close and the later we take in the car the possibility of it not being ready the same day so we can continue driving the 6 hours back home rises. So after the other tow company failed us and canceling on us last minute- I went ahead and called Adam again. He was able to pick us up in half an hour!! Seriously we wouldn’t know what we would have done without Adam. Amazing service and so professional. I’m so glad I randomly chose A2B towing and recovery while I was frantically searching for a tow company while stranded on the side of the highway. I would totally recommend A2B to everyone! "Called right before closing time for my truck being in a ditch and they still came out within 30 minutes. Super respectful and professional. They took great care while getting my truck out and explained the whole process to me . The other company I called wanted triple the price and would of taken double the time to get to me. They definitely have my business for any future needs and I'll recommend them to anyone who needs a tow!"
