Cindy's Nails

"I went here desperate to get my nails done and the outcome was horrible. I directed the nail tech to clean up my French tip nail with polish remover for a clean sharp look after she applied the white polish but she didn’t and kept saying she would fix it! She just kept throwing my hands in the gel dryer. Then afterwards another lady came to me rushed me to pay even though I already had my money out. They just didn’t listen and rushed through my whole service!"

"I was going here for years, only because it's so close to my home. Service was always ok..but not great. ..but I'd rather travel a little bit to get better customer service than I recently experienced. I waited 2 hours to get a nail repaired that chipped just 24 hours after getting service from them..and they never repaired the issue! Yes..after patiently waiting 2 hrs, and asking Cindy(the owner) 4 times if someone can fix my nail. She brushed me off and was very rude to me. I will not keep spending money with people that are rude to me like that, especially for mediocre nail services. Go somewhere else if you expect good customer service."

"This was my first time going here. They did a good job on my nails but the pedicure was not up to par they didn’t scrub enough. And the other reviews are correct about the sanitary aspect they definitely reused the same nail filer and no cleaning was going on after pedicures just a bag change and spraying of water. Also there was a long wait and there should not have been as they were servicing people that came in after me instead of completing me first."

"I frequently visit this establishment and spend GOOD MONEY. I paid for my service and noticed the next day that my polish had black specks in it. I came back in the morning and ask that the polish be corrected. The person that had done my service acted as if she didn’t see the specks!! All I asked for Was the polish to be corrected and she wanted to charge me more money! DONT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP!!!!"

"Wow! Just was awful not clean at all they reuse nail files that are completely white from others nails. Hey DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL. So they do not understand what you want. I asked for a pedicure and manicure but she kept trying to give me a full set I must of told her so many times that ppl started laughing because she just could not understand. Did not do a good job with the pedicure. Very rude because of the language barrier her tone told it all. Will NOT BE BACK!!"
