"First off upon arrival first thought was this looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like pictures they show. The front office/lobby is a storage area, no computer, and someone sleeps in there on a sofa made up with sheets. The room has holes in the bathroom door and the vanity is broken. NO PHONE AND NO HOT WATER!! DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO RETURN! I am giving ONE star only because the lady that greeted us was very friendly and the a/c was super cold and that is the only reason for ONE star!"
