"I would've gave them 5 stars based off of service, and seemingly fair prices. But I gave 3 stars because I dropped off my 97 Town car on Friday for new tires, wheel alignment, new driver wiper arm, and diagnosis on why it chokes out during a cold start. My car was left untouched until Monday (when tires arrived). I was told my car was ready for pickup with new tires and alignment. I had to "remind them" about the wiper arm and diagnosis. Was told my car would be ready Tuesday. Tuesday almost went by with no call, so I drove to go check on it and was told they needed more time for the diagnosis of the starting issue. It was ready by mid Wednesday with everything completed. My car was dropped off with 3/4 tank of gas, and it was returned slightly below half tank. I'd probably literally only return for tires and minor repair work if needed. I've had my vehicle returned same day with more issues and a bigger shop to be honest."

"I have been going to Best Tires since last year of April i brought my Honda cvic in for the first time. After that i have been going to them and brought I have a 2002 Ford F-250 super duty. This truck had alot of problems and I use it for a work as well as my personal. They redid my motor. They have done my oil change my back gasket tires brakes battery electric alittle bit. They even had to do body repairs due to a accident u was in.Every problem I have had with this truck I have had it with them to fix. Yesterday my engine light finally came off thanks to Best tires My job as well we bring them f150 and 250 a dump trailer and everything within this last yea that iv been working at this job we brought work vechile to them. Never had a problem with our vechiles coming out of there shop. The crew at Best tires are amazing there very friendly i love the people who work there and who have helped me I highly recommended Best Tires to anyone . Thank u for ur guys us help with my vechile and my job vechiles keep up the good work guys much appreciated."
