"The worst customer service I’ve experienced. Took my car to get an estimate, Gerber agreed to the estimate with the insurance company, and when I called to ask when I should bring my car in they told me the estimate was $300-$400 short. They told me I had to get in contact with the insurance company to get a new estimate when it shouldn’t be my issue! Not to mention Gerber’s lack of communication is unlike anything I’ve seen. I shouldn’t have to keep on calling you guys to get updates. Who is the customer here? Finally, after a month of dealing with this, I ended up going through my own insurance and took it to a different body shop. The icing on the cake was the owner of Gerber telling my wife I never took my car there to get an estimate. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"Lazy..... just needed a quick estimate was told appointment only no walk in when try to book one after 4 was booked I work I rush today to get there.. they don't work on weekends how can someone who work 7 330 or 8 4 drive 45mins going to make it? The guy who does estimate was b.s in the lobby with a guy ready to leave what's 10mis I was the only one there at the time.. like I said lazy! Would never go here ill tell everyone NOT to go here too and don't say short staff that line is old at this point"

"This place went above and beyond for me. When I brought in my vehicle, I was clear that we planned to take a road trip to Yosemite national park, and delays weren't an option. This place would call me twice a week with updates and would always make sure I was aware of the progress! This place is top shelf in my opinion. Very customer oriented. A+"
