"I dropped off my 2016 Ultra Classic last week for a 3 hole service. They did a full inspection and found several things wrong. They are amazing people, they have a nice shop and have a great reputation. I will always take my bikes to them for any issues that arise. I highly recommend them!!!"

"Had valley install a cam, exhaust and tune on my new street glide. As soon as I took delivery of the bike it developed an oil leak so I returned the bike to valley to repair the leak which they did for free. I picked up my bike after repairs were completed After the hour ride home when I got off the bike I noticed that the primary cover and clutch covers powder coat had the finish ruined by some kind of cleaner or degreaser that was used to clean the spilled oil that was on the engine . This was still the same day repairs were made and I notified them of the issue. Brian Jr. told me that they didn't do it but they would cover half of the repair cost. I told him that I shouldn't have to pay at all for damages while the bike was in their shop. After spending over $5000 of my hard earned dollars I didn't expect their response. So I'm responsible for the repair costs that won't take place until it gets too cold to ride and that's why I gave 1 star. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"If you are looking for a shop that actually knows how to fix your bike, this is it! My bike was at several shops for a poor running condition, none of them could find the problem and just made excuses and told me that because I had a big bore kit and big cams that my bike would just run that way. Then I found Valley Racing, and boy was I impressed. Upon dropping my bike with them, I told them my concerns with the bike and they assured me that no matter the issue, they would find and fix it, and they did not disappoint. My bike now runs better than it ever has, it runs absolutly the best that it possibly can and the repair bill was incredibly reasonable. I will be back for sure when I am ready to do more performance upgrades for more power, cuz why not! Thank you Valley Racing!"
