"I do not know the name of the guy who did my pedicure but i usually come in every two weeks. I was out of town on business and then sick so it was 3 1/2 weeks. He asked me three times why I waited so long and then told me I waited too long. If this is how he responds to customers who actually take care of their toes and nails, I can not imagine what he comments to people who are not regulars. Usually they take care in removing my old gel. Today he used the drill and when i got home I discovered my toe nail was cracked. He did not use foil to remove old gel like others do when I get a pedicure. It is going to take quite a while for my nail to heal."
