I have been going to them a little over two years now and each time I have been extremely satisfied with the work and the pricing. I am giving them a 5 Star Rating! Once I took my vehicle in for an engine light that kept coming on and going off. I wanted to leave it and the owner said to me that if the light was not on there was no need to look at it. When I appeared like I preferred to have it looked at he asked me did I just have money I wanted to spend? I immediately thanked him for the information and pulled off; needless to say the engine light stayed off for quite a while so he saved me money for sure. Secondly, I can't remember what he repaired but it he took care of it and got me on the road and didn't even charge me. Again, I just wanted to speak up for EC Auto in East Chicago Indiana. I feel people may have had a bad experience but mine has always been professional courteous and I have been 100% satisfied."
