"This has got to be the worst place to get a haircut. The first cut the lady didn't cut it short enough like I asked and she offered to do it again after I shrugged my shoulders at it she got mad and cut it way too short and now I look stupid and she completely cut my bangs off and left the sides long???? like what?? because that makes a lot of sense. grow up and learn to do your job right. she was in such a hurry and every cut with the scissors she pulled my hair out of my head and didn't blend at all. get a new job."

"My boyfriend and I came here today to get his haircut. He always get the same haircut but we usually go to the Wabash location. Today we came to this location. He gets a 2 on the sides and 2 finger length on top. Usually they wet his hair and they use clipers on the side then use the scissor shears on the top. This lady didn't. She used clippers for his entire head and cut the top of his head down to half the length it's suppose to be so it's way too short. She never wetted his hair and she rushed through the entire process making the whole haircut less than 5 minutes. Usually it takes then 15-20 minutes when it's done properly. Him and I are both very unhappy with how he was treated and the fact this lady messed up his hair."
"Had a girl who cut my hair this morning. Same cut I always get but a different person cutting it. She didn’t check to see if it was even in both sides and was not cut like I wanted. Went home washed it and noticed the length wasn’t correct and the layers wasn’t right. It little shorter that what I wanted. Been trying to call all day to see what they could do and no one pick up the phone. Very disappointed"
