"Amazing service at great prices. Stephanie's my hair and gives me a pedicure every six to eight weeks. She is talented and professional. There is an accessible entrance near the handicap parking spot. While most of the salon is upstairs, the pedicure stations, a pair of nail stations, and a hair station are on the lower level - accessible without stairs."

"Sadly, the only resemblance this had to a day spa was the potential that I imagine the venue had had at one time. Customer service was non-existent. It was my first time there and no one even greeted me when I entered, let alone offer me a beverage or a seat. The nail tech had contacted me to ask if I would rearrange my appointment time for her convenience. I agreed to this, and then when I arrived I had to wait for half an hour before my service was even started because she was working on someone else. Staff were dressed unprofessionally. The nail tech had the sniffles and wiped her nose on her arm while doing my pedicure. After she trimmed my nails and cuticles, she emptied the towel onto the floor! This was not the experience I expected for a $50 pedicure. The only redeeming point was that she did a good job on my nails."
