"The manager that calls himself tony is very rude he had somebody doing my nails that didn’t know what he was doing he didn’t even know what I meant when I ask for coffin shape when I left the next day one of my nails broke then they started to peel up when I went back tony begin to fix the problem but then made me get up while he started on somebody else that came in after me and made me wait for the very guy that messed my nails up in the first place to “fix them” now when tony started he filed my nails down to the point that they should’ve been filled in again but they refused so I left with my nails looking worse then they looked when I went back to get them fixed very unhappy customer will not be back for anything the customer service/quality of work is horrible this is how my nails look at I just got them done 4 days ago originally and supposedly “fixed” yesterday"

"I’m a customer service supervisor for a large corporation and a retired licensed nail tech. Nail service is a luxury that I pay to have done by someone else. My first and last visit to Bliss Nails, I walked in and signed my name to be serviced. First of all there was no air (broken) the attitude of the guy with the pompadour was not welcoming as he kept shouting sit down (I was on crutches making my way to a chair and two other ladies were signing in) “saying welcome ladies please have a seat” would have been more appropriate (but these people have no respect for the people they take money from) once I was being serviced that guy who sits near the door was as rude and impatient. I posted a picture of his work. I told him that the nails were too thick for me and asked him to file them down some. He thought he was being cute by putting grooves in the nails to force me to have to soak them off and have them redone. (Counterproductive) I said I was not starting over and left. I used my nail drill and corrected his botched job. “What he meant for evil got me a free nail job” I would never go back! I will look for me a Black owned business to support and stop giving money to people who do not respect people, especially my people."

"Hit or miss type of place if you don't have one particular person you want to service you. Normal prices. Best to go early in the week to miss drama queens"
