"Sophie and Ling do great on eyebrows and lashes..the best I'm Chicago.."
"I agree it’s just the right place for lashes even brows. As I sat down for nail care on Saturday August 10,2019 the employee immediately began the care process, but using dirty supplies. I asked if he could please use unopened clean supplies. He than stated he didn’t have the time too retrieve clean material for everyone , he then insinuated I was no one to expect clean unused supplies, as if he has a college degree to become a nail tech. He also stated I should bring my own supplies, the rude and disrespectful behavior, should not be tolerate these stores are invested with dishonesty and Felt. They are most certainly responsible for clean and safe material if not than who is responsible for the nail care of clients. Even displayed a sign which states they’re not responsible for unclean unsafe material used. These stores are mainly based in the African American communities. Allowed too function without even hiring those who actually live in that community. And totally disrespect the very people they service. I asked the manager why was clean supplies a problem or an issue with no response from the two of them they only laughed which was totally inappropriate after patronizing this business due to lashes for the past 4years. For simply being concerned about the process of my nail care, also asking for clean unopened supplies the actual work stations were totally flirty and unsanitary along with the supplies. My question is this, would dirty supplies be used on Oprah Winfrey, Or Angela Bassett. If not, Treat everyone right or how you would like too be treated. You never know who you maybe talking too A reporter, a lawyer, health inspector, a producer or a director. Or any customer should be treated with respect."
"Horrible experience if i could give negative stars i would. The police was called on 1 girl because she disliked the service, my finger was cut with the motorized filer and then when i asked to be compensated the young lady got upset started doing a horrible job on my nails i politely asked her to take her time she refused and then told somebody else to do my nails and this is the ending result!"
"I've been going there for 10yrs! Tracey does an great job on lashes! However they're losing lots of loyal long-time customers due to wait times, being unorganized of which clients should be seen first, new workers learning on clients messing up horribly then being extremely nasty as if it was your fault! Diane would have NEVER ALLOWED CUSTOMERS to be treated that way!!!"
