"I have been a customer for around a year, and I noticed ever since they got new construction and the place got bigger, so does their price. I used to get pedicure there, but let’s be honest, the pedicure was mediocre but acceptable due to lower prices. When their extend the space and make higher price, now I believe they need to give better service to keep customers. So many nails around the area and I used to love this place. A small nail shop in the neighborhood, I miss the old crew that I don’t seem to see them anymore, idk if they gone for good or I come wrong day. Now so many new faces that does not provide the same quality. Only 2 guys that I see doing my acrylic nails right. The pedicure that I got now is not great, short hair lady bleed my finger, I will not get full set from her again. You need to be really picky, and I am trying to keep coming back only to see the 2 guys that do me right, as long as the price and the quality match. I no longer getting pedicure at this place though. It’s been good, but old days were better."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible experience, will not be returning back. Went in for a soak off ONLY, & it wasn’t even done correctly. Still have acrylic on my nails, I knew something was wrong because my nails aren’t this hard. The man who was drilling the acrylic off was very rough, & he kept calling me “baby”. They also use the “cheese grader” for the feet when doing pedicures which is highly unsanitary, & illegal in Illinois!"

"Just left there and won’t be back been going there almost a year now with no problems or issues. Got a fill in on Sunday by someone new older lady with short black hair. I noticed Tuesday some of my nails started to lift from the tips so I went in today and spoke with the younger girl which she sat next to the lady that did my nails so I explained it and the new lady wanted to redo them I asked for the younger girl to do them she had done my nails several times. So the “manager” said it’s not our problem you have to pay for that. I said it’s not your problem that I got my nails done Sunday and Tuesday they already started lifting from the tips. I would have even paid half the price but to give them another $35 in less than a week. No ma’am I’ve gotten plenty of fill in’s and never had them lift up in a day or two. My suggestion is stick to the ones that’s been there for awhile. Sad to say I won’t be back"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They make mistakes here and do not fix them when you ask. For example, I got my nails done but didn't like the amount of space left around my cuticle. I asked that this be fixed and the manager kept saying how lovely my nails were and that he would not give me back my money or fix my nails. This is of course after I had already paid. I'm never coming back here again. They do not deserve our business if this is how we will be treated. Smh"
