"NEVER AGAIN! Not only are they expensive, their customer service is terrible. I had a regular pedicure done.The technician, (Nina)said the polish on my toes was dry. She then put oil on my feet and helped me into my socks....only they were all still wet. I went back and explained this and said I wanted to just pay the cost to have the polish redone in the same color with no chip polish. I was told I needed to pay the cost of the no chip plus the cost of a polish change. I explained I wasn't getting a polish change, but that she was fixing her screw up. They maintained I needed to pay the fee for a polish change plus the no chip fee. So, I maintain I won't ever spend a dime there again. It's not the five dollars, it's the principle of the thing."

"Absolutely not! The nail tech clipped too close on my pedicure, had the water and towels extremely too hot. When I asked about the bleeding caused to my cuticle he added some sanitizer after painting over it. The work was absolutely sloppy I had to ask him to fix my pinky toe twice and the workers were looking at me as if I was the problem. Here are picture and proof of the sloppy work. Would highly recommend not selecting this shop as the customer service was thee worst. I usually come to this place when I’m in town and my sisters and good girlfriends have been recommended here by me and the service is no longer what it used to be to be. Go somewhere else if you don’t want to be mad the whole time. And I still paid majority full price. The owner only took off $10 and with the tax it really was on $6. The Date of my service was today 1/3/23 Also they have free Brookfield Zoo tickets if you spend $50 or more but that wasn’t offered to me given I had an issue. It was only when I was sitting in the front area I noticed the sign and you would think they would offered this as a way to apologize for cutting my toe."

"I got my nails done on 9/16/23 for a leadership conference leaving out of town the next day. It was a gel overlay with no chip for my hands and no chip pedicure for my feet. Cost $145 tipped $20 total $165. The thumb nails turned black. When I returned home, I went to the nail shop on Saturday, 9/30/23, to show the manager my nails. He said the black on my nails must have been the previous color. Then he said it was dye and tried to wipe it away with acetone. I told him to soak off the polish and gel acrylic to see what this is. The nail tech tried to pry the acrylic overlay off. I had to explain to her that I was just here 2 weeks ago. You have to soak it off, or else you will damage my nails even more. She chipped one thumb nail and then decided to soak it, the nails still look black. It looks like nail fungus or black mold. I told him, "polish or dye would come right off with acetone." He told me,"Maybe you hurt yourself." Then went on to say he doesn't know what it is, and there is nothing he could do about it. I asked him if he was going to take responsibility for this same response, "Nothing he can do." I am going to the dermatologist to confirm if this is nail fungusand/or mold, and then report them. It's about time we regulate these establishments. DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE."

"Went here for a gel pedicure. At first I thought wow maybe the reviews were wrong. It seemed clean & nice inside. As I was getting my pedicure I noticed a few things I didn’t love, but thought maybe I’m not paying TOO much attention because i was on my phone. I notice when the man came back with the pedicure tools they were fresh out of a sterile bag. Thought odd, but maybe he opened it in the back and brought them to me. NOW GRANTED, that’s still not sterile but I looked past it. The whole pedicure was very rushed & they were not at all busy! When he cut my toes he cut them extremely short & it honestly hurt when he cut them down & was taking out my ingrown nails. I’ve gotten many pedicures and never had they hurt this bad! Fast forward two weeks later my pinky toe nail is falling off & I had an infection & pus coming out of my big toe that is very tender. I have NEVER had this happen after getting my toes done. I’m absolutely disgusted! I highly recommend not coming to this nail salon. Find a different one that is sterile! They also use the cheese grater thing to exfoliate people!! I declined because I know how dirty and unsanitary that is, but the fact that they offer it is insane to me! This nail salon needs serious work & reevaluation done. Never again will I EVERRRRRRR go here. Trying something new really went bad for me. Learn from my mistake!"
