"Great experience! Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean. My only complaint is the miniature ironing board. It makes it difficult to iron the clothes or find somewhere to set it up."

"Attentive, friendly staff. Nicely appointed, clean & comfortable rooms. You can hear traffic noise from nearby Interstate - not overwhelmingly loud, but it's there nonetheless. Easy access to I-65 & eating spots. Except for the road noise, this is a 5-star."

"Front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Area felt very safe and well kept. Would definitely stay hat this location again when on the Birmingham area."

"I was double charged and the person working the desk clearly didn’t know what she was doing. When I very politely tries to understand why she was charging my card twice she snapped at me and told me the charges would come off after I checked out and she proceeded to be very rude as I just tried to understand what what happening. I was actually much more polite than I would have been because I was in shock at what was happening. Add I expected, the charges never came off and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. The room was nice and clean, but unless they hire better staff I do not recommend staying here."

"Everything was fine until we found out at bedtime that the AC didn't work, called the front desk and was told nothing could be done until the morning. After 2 unpleasant exchanges with the front desk, we found that the batteries had been removed from the thermostat and went down to the desk again. One of the ladies got us batteries, we put the thermostat back in and when the room cooled off we finally got to rest for our morning soccer game."
