"I went in Sally’s yesterday to buy some hair dye I’ve had no luck with getting my hair back black with drugstore box dyes. I don’t remember her name unfortunately but she was short with red hair and glasses, really pretty girl. Well anyway she was super helpful, got me all set up with dye and developer and walked me through measurements and all the steps I had to take. I successfully got my hair back to black so happy with the results!!!"

"I went in the other day and Destiny was super amazing and informative. They told me their own experience with hair coloring products as well as what they've heard from others. They also listened to my budget concerns, helped me find the most optimal product that I'll need, and just overall was extremely helpful. They truly are an amazing employee and a great people person and I super appreciate that!"

"My husband shops mostly for us and always tells me he has a good experience in the store but I am fed up with my experience outside of the store. We were recommended two different types of hair coloring that was supposed to not bleed out and have amazing color. The color was correct but not the bleed out part. Artic Fox was the most recent recommendation and I'm now PINK as well as my bed and anything my RED hair touches. Thanks but you definitely missed the mark on this product."

"I was very frustrated with this store. I purchased an at home gel polish manicure kit with uv light. The lady that was there when I bought it gave me some pointers to follow to get the best manicure. I read instructions included in the kit, Googled information, & did what the cashier recommended. But the polish still remained tacky on my nails. So I brought it back to return it. When I showed the cashier what I wanted to return, she got this terrified look on her face. She proceeded to try to convince me to keep it & offered up tips that were different from what the previous lady had given me. So I let her talk me into giving it another shot & I kept the kit. I took it home again & still had no luck with it. So I brought it back to return it once and for all & got the same reaction. The cashier paused, stared at the kit, & proceeded to try to give me pointers & convince me to keep it. I just flat out refused to keep it this time & finally got my money back. I attempted to leave a review about the problems I had with the uv light online, but Sally's website wouldn't post my review and offered no explanation other than it didn't meet their guidelines. There was no foul language or vulgarity of any sort, so I don't know what guidelines were broken. Their store claims hassle free returns, but this whole experience seems rather shady."
