"Customers be weary of dental offices overcharging. I had a dental procedure done, after receiving my explanation of benefits from my dental insurer the charges nor the code matched. After speaking with the receptionist and confronting them of “overcharging me because they can “ compared to insurance she was speechless. I was passed onto their manager. The manager explained she spoke with the dental insurance and they told her they (Humana) had the wrong code and would recode the procedure and send out a new explanation of benefits. Weeks went by and nothing from Humana. I learned it is actually fraudulent for the insurance company to change codes, it’s up to the dental office to change the code. "They let my children go THREE YEARS without a cleaning or exam during which the entire time they were picking up trays for their Invisaligns though. Upon me asking how long it had been and they scheduled cleaning and exams they told my 17 year old daughter she had 7 cavities! We let them attempt fillings! My daughter never had any troubles until after Dr Zack touched her teeth! We went back three times for him to just tap on her teeth and give her antibiotic to no avail!"
