My son and I needed a cut. 1st a "stylist" walked someone in with her past the line and set him down in front of everyone who was there when they unlocked the door. 2nd I checked my son and myself in at the same time and somehow I got 2 people ahead of me while he was in the chair. Figure that one out. Great way to run a business."

"AWFUL. absolutely TERRIBLE. i first got my mullet here and the lady who did it was an angel. she was so funny and sweet. i went back to get my mullet touched up, i was so excited, i had been talking about it all week. it was a different lady there. she BUTCHERED my hair. she completely ruined my hair. when she cut the top of my hair im SURE she heard my gasp because she did not confirm what i wanted. that was NOT what i wanted. i was absolutely fuming when i left. i CRIED THAT NIGHT. I CRIED OVER MY HAIRCUT. i was so absolutely livid i was ready to completely shave my head again. she finished my hair in less than 5 minutes just to go to the back room and start chit chatting with another coworker. she was a bigger short hair blonde lady. she did not care about me or my hair. repulsive service. REPULSIVE. (i think it was Courtney, i went to the other great clips on rt 50 and told them what happened and they said i was the second or third person THAT DAY to come in and say Courtney ruined their hair. she should be ASHAMED)"
