"I came here with a natural full afro and left with think over heated heat damaged hair. I usually stop in twice a year. I tried giving this place multiple chances. I will do my own hair from now on. I have so many Hair Horror Stories it's ridiculous. I got a wash and blow dry and specifically asked the guy who was doing the blow drying if he used a heat protectant. He said yes. Then when he finished blow drying I felt bald. My hair was so thinned out. I proceeding to wash my hair a week later and it was bone straight like I had a relaxer. I have severe heat damage. I have tried everything but it's damaged. Last year I cut my hair off because the guy that does my hair dyed and overprocessed my hair. The hair dye was left on too long. I told him it was burning and he said it's supposed to. I told him to wash it out immediately. I lost a lot of hair. It was very pretty...the color combo he used but it caused my hair to fallout. I just won't be back here or anywhere else. They are also scissor happy. You will get a trim and leave with three inches cut off....extremely disappointed...."

"I was truly disappointed and I went home and cried for two days. I wish that that place would stop taking women money on the false pretent of doing hair. By the time I left the shop after 2 hours of them pretending to do my hair I came out truly angry. They may be good at doing blow drys and wash and set on black hair but that is all. Queen did my hair and I shall never go back there."
