"Sue was amazing! This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax in years because I hadn't had a good experience with them before. If you're nervous about getting a Brazilian or worried about the pain, definitely try Sue. She was very encouraging and sweet and made me feel super comfortable with the entire process. She was so knowledgeable about the different waxes she used depending on different hair textures and walked me through the appointment, which eased a lot of my stress. She kept me occupied the entire time with conversation, which helped with the pain management, and also helped me get to know her, which was awesome! We decided last minute to thread my brows too, and she made them look so much better than I'm used to. I'm so happy to have this gem of a shop so close to me, but honestly, even if she were far from where I live, I wouldn't have a problem making the trek out to her. She's that good. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you Sue!"

"Expressed and confirmed that I like thick eyebrows. My eyebrows came out thinner than I’ve seen in years and one came out significantly thinner than the other. Now I need to regrow them all over again. Sorry would not come back again. I give two stars cus the shape came out okay but I’ve been able to achieve it while keeping the thickness. Please take the time to learn your clients needs and preferences."

"Sue is EXTREMELY professional. She works quick and is very thorough. I’m not prone to ingrown hair because I’m very good with maintenance care but I tried new wax girl temporarily (2 times) before discovering Sue and there is a huge difference in just the one time she waxed me. The last lady would cause so many ingrown hairs and no matter what I did I would get a lot. I didn’t have ANY with Sue. Prices are great, work is better and she had me in and out for a Brazilian and underarms in less than 30 minutes. So glad I found her!"
