What I got was 5 inches taken off without my permission and not to mention it my hair is now uneven… and then I wanted to go darker and they did a full head of highlights… my hair is super thin and now bridal… I cried all the way home, and not to mention they got my shirt absolutely soaked while they rinsed all the bleach in my hair. I’ve never felt so insecure in my life."
