"No clue who is giving these reviews, but I literally had the worst "massage" of my life...and that includes from my non-professional husband. I was gifted a massage for Christmas from my daughter. The first time I came I waited for 20 minutes and they weren't ready, so I rescheduled. Two weeks later, I returned and they couldn't find me in the books, but were still able to accommodate. It still started 15 mins late. His hands were cold and he spent an inordinate amount of time on just the shoulders. I had to tell him to increase pressure 3 times. He asked me if I wanted my legs done and after a couple of squeezes through the sheet he said he wasn't sure how they did it at this location. I politely told him that he should cover my back and then uncover my legs, which he did up to the knee. A couple of rubs and then he stepped out of the room momentarily. Came back and asked where I wanted to focus in the last 10 minutes. I said lower back and it was just rubbing back and forth until I told him to move up to avoid discomfort. That last few minutes was an eternity. I never even turned over! I never saw the masseuse's face and never got a name, so it could have been anyone. He was completely incompetent. Not an understatement when I say the 45 minute massage was too long. When I asked for his name when checking out under the guise of a tip, the girl up front wasn't even sure of who did the service and wasn't pressed to find out. NEVER again."
